Do I need to be home during meal delivery?

You do not need to be home when the delivery service arrives. If no one is home, your meals will be left in an insulated box or soft-sided cooler outside your door (or with the security/management office at secured buildings), packed in ice. Plan to get your meals into your refrigerator as soon as possible.
