We offer two different menus: Traditional and Vegetarian. Both menus offer an optimal proportion of the three macronutrients: lean proteins, healthy, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Both menus also offer lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, grains, beans, seeds and nuts as well as dairy. The Traditional menu also includes poultry, fish and beef.
